  3. "Domino Jack POT" Terms and Conditions

DominoesStars reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without prior notice to any Website visitor ("User" or "You"). If Provider makes what it considers to be material changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use, it will post a notice on its home page, which will run for seven (7) consecutive calendar days following the new effective date. The prizes will be awarded according to the following terms and conditions:

1. The 400 points "“DominoesStars Jackpot” must be played within a 5 -day period.

3. The JackPOT points are calculated by the sum of all rake achieved during the jackpot period.
The winner of each game receives 1.5 JackPOT points for each $1 rake of the game.
The player that doesn't win a game receives 1 JackPOT point for each $1 rake of the game.

4. Jackpots are considered as consecutive for the purposes of this promotion if their starting times are consecutive.

5. The Jackpot prize will be paid only after the winning games in the JP have been checked for any signs of collusive play.

8. If a Jackpot is interrupted due to a server problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the Jackpot this Jackpot will be considered not to have run. It will not count towards a player's consecutive wins but neither will it count as a losing Jackpot in a player's sequence.

9. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a DominoesStars Jackpot will not be eligible for this promotion.

10. The use of offensive language at the DominoesStars Jackpot will disqualify a player from winning a Jackpot prize.

11. Any player found colluding during the course of a DominoesStars Jackpot in order to win the Jackpot prize will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.

12. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a DominoesStars Jackpot will have his account frozen.

13. Any withdrawals made on any winnings of the Jackpot prize are subject to DominoesStars standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.

14. A single DominoesStars jackpot can be used to claim only one jackpot (either winning combination or consolation combination). Once the jackpot has cleared, that Jackpot cannot be used for any future claims.
